Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via phone and email with urgency and professionalism.
Generate and evaluate quotes, align with specifications, and manage purchase orders.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations.
Apply project management skills to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Book orders in the company MRP system and provide timely order acknowledgments.
Collaborate with manufacturing for material planning and delivery coordination.
Escalate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations and customer advocacy.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Background in Semiconductor Equipment and Wafer Automation; experience with AMAT or similar companies is highly desirable.
Knowledge of precision automation products and electro-mechanical commodities.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
