Legacy Cannabis Dispensary looking for motivated sales associates. Duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Inform, recommend and select products for customer in-store, depending on their individual needs.
- Willingness to learn and understand, in an ongoing manner, all products to effectively serve customers.
- Consistently deliver excellent customer service by educating customers accurately, tendering transactions and maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations.
- Engages in suggestive selling techniques.
- Contribute to reaching company goals, team goals and basket expectations.
- Assist in opening and closing of the store.
- Ensure effective cash handling and register management.
- Constantly strive to exponentially increase product knowledge, keeping up with new strains, products and industry trends.
- Must take pride in their appearance.
- Must be able to open, close and be available for weekends.
- Must be a team player as you will be asked to perform a variety of duties in addition to sales, such as inventory assistance when needed, light housekeeping duties, occasional marketing duties in addition to working lounge events.
- Understanding of social media and ability to perform basic posts.
- While not required, a clean driving record and insured automobile a plus.
