We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Bicycle Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a love for bikes, great people skills, and the ability to help customers find the perfect ride, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting bicycles, gear, and accessories
Provide expert advice on bike types, sizing, and components
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
Process transactions quickly and accurately
Stay up to date on the latest cycling trends and products
Support store events, promotions, and community rides
Requirements:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred (bicycle industry a plus)
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear (we’ll train you further)
Ability to work weekends and some evenings
Strong communication and customer service skills
