Office Manager (Part-Time) – San Ramon, CA
LINCCORP is a growing security-guard company seeking a dependable, motivated Office Manager who can keep our daily operations on track and support the owner directly.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients by phone and email
Write emails, proposals, and other professional documents
Manage scheduling, staff coordination, and onboarding
Handle invoicing, payroll tracking, and file organization
Attend meetings and manage follow-up tasks
Keep operations running smoothly with minimal supervision
Take initiative on all office matters and support the owner
What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organized, dependable, and self-directed
Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional manner
Able to work independently and accept responsibility
Security-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
Eager to learn and grow with the company
