Position Description:
Join us as an Entry-Level IT Support Technician in our part-time, on-call team, with a focus on on-site work. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and experience in hands-on installation work. You will play a key role in various on-site IT challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
-On-Site Installation Work: Lead network installations, audio/visual project setups, and other technical installations on-site. Your expertise in installation work and problem-solving is vital.
-Direct Client Interaction: Understand and meet client IT needs during on-site visits, offering tailored solutions.
-Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and engage in professional development.
-Team Collaboration: Share on-site experiences with the team to enhance our service quality.
-Documentation: Keep detailed records of on-site procedures, client interactions, and project details.

Minimum Qualifications:
-High School/GRE required. A degree in a related field is a plus.
-Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
-Extensive experience in network configuration, audio/visual system setup, and technical installations.
-Proven problem-solving ability, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
-Willingness for rotational on-call and on-site work.
-Good organizational, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
-Highly enthusiastic about computers, electronics, and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
-Built a PC
-0-2 years of experience as an IT Field technician, AV engineer or residential or commercial construction or low-voltage cabling work
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
-CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications.
-Prior experience in on-site support, help desk, and remote support.
-Familiarity with MSP tools, ITIL, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, Entra (Azure) AD, Intune, Teams.
