Required Duties and Responsibilities
Drive sales by providing courteous, friendly, proactive, and efficient service while maintaining the Mr. S Leather brand experience.
Demonstrate strong interest and credible expertise in our products; translate this knowledge into value for our customers.
Resolve service needs and customer questions, maintaining Mr. S Leather's customer service quality standards.
Perform daily point-of-sale maintenance and transactions.
Effectively stock, sort, tag, and label merchandise, execute visual directions, and ensure a compelling presentation.
Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor.
Comply with company safety procedures and safety-first culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least one year of retail experience.
