We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a popular women’s fashion store in an outlet mall. This position is perfect for someone who loves styling outfits, enjoys helping customers find the perfect look, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by engaging with customers, offering personalized fashion advice, and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers, and can contribute to the success of our store.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Provide styling tips and product recommendations based on customer needs and current fashion trends
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays, folding and restocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment
- Assist in receiving shipments, unpacking inventory, and organizing stockrooms to ensure efficient replenishment
- Track inventory levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items to management
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with social media promotions
- Stay up to date on store promotions, sales, and loyalty programs to inform and engage customers
- Support the management team with opening and closing duties, including securing the store, counting cash registers, and preparing daily sales reports
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of current style trends
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
