The Offer:
We’re looking for someone to manage, stock, and optimize our retail sales spaces under a profit-share model:
✅ 50% of all net sales (after operating expenses, shipping, and cost of goods)
✅ No fixed rent – grow the business organically
✅ Free access to all events & classes + complimentary food/drinks in the café
✅ Co-promotion on social media & print marketing
✅ Be part of the vibrant HUB Sebastopol community
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
️ Is passionate about retail & making products sell
️ Can curate a unique selection of food, local art, herbal products, health & wellness tools, books, and more
️ Is ready to commit 2-3 years to developing the brand & retail traction (online + in-person)
️ Can dedicate 10-15 hours per week (more at the start)
️ Is willing to invest in stock, set up wholesale accounts, manage inventory & consignment
️ Has skills in bookkeeping, payouts, and strategy
️ Enjoys the work and loves what they do
