Part-Time Retail Associate – Marin Raw (Oakland)

Marin Raw is looking for a part-time team member to join our mission-driven retail team. We specialize in fresh, biologically appropriate food and holistic supplements for dogs and cats.
About the Role:
This is a long-term, year-round position — not a temporary summer job or suitable for high school students. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about animal wellness and eager to learn about raw feeding, supplements, and customer care.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
Restock shelves and keep the store clean and organized
Pack bulk treats and fulfill online orders
Learn about our products and attend occasional trainings
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours (weekends may be required)
2–4 shifts per week depending on availability and store needs
Requirements:
18+ years old
Not a seasonal or temporary hire
Passion for animals and interest in nutrition and holistic health
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
