We have two stores in downtown Mill Valley - Eli + Fez - and are looking for a part-time Sales Associate who can float between both stores.
Eli is a luxury womenswear shop, selling clothing, accessories, and fine jewelry. Fez is predominantly a high end men’s shop, with a selection of women’s goods, as well as art and pieces for the home. Nomad Body Piercing also has a permanent pop up inside of Fez.
Our stores are dynamic spaces, bustling with foot traffic. We are growing quickly and need to grow our team, as well. Filled with colors and prints, our stores are curated California cool. As the area changes, our mission is to keep Mill Valley funky.
We are a small but mighty team who each wear many hats. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is poised and has experience working in luxury retail or customer service. They would be able to work a full shift – 11am to 5pm – 3 days a week, including weekends and some holidays. They would be able to cover all the opening and closing duties, while cultivating relationships with customers, assisting with merchandising, shipping and receiving merchandise, and many other tasks and duties.
The hourly wage for this position depends on experience, and includes health insurance and 401k.
