Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs in Solano Mall (Fairfield) is a fine jewelry and watch repair store. We are opening for 1 full-time or part-time position - sale associate. We are looking for responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities and duties are:
For Sale associate: Jewelry sale experiences are PLUS
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right services to solve all
aspects of jewelry and watch issues and repairs
Assist in ensuring that the services and final repairs with top quality
Use company literature and available resources to stay up to date on products and services of jewelry and watch.
Being able to perform some hand on watch battery and band replacement
Skills and Qualifications:
General understanding of the principle of sale
Strong communication skills
Experience with customer service
Jewelry and watch sale experience is a PLUS
