Lyrical Fabrics is an online fabric shop operating out of the Dogpatch neighborhood in SF. We offer a curated selection of sustainable apparel fabrics that reflects the needs of the modern creative community.
We are looking hire another team member to help with order fulfillment. This is an entry-level job, so prior experience at a fabric shop is not necessary – we will train you. The ideal candidate is someone who would positively benefit from working at a fabric shop through learning about textiles and garment making, getting first dibs on new fabric arrivals, and receiving a fabric allowance and discounts at our shop.
We’re specifically looking for candidates who habitually sew clothing that they wear themselves. Experience level in sewing is not important as long as you can demonstrate your interest in apparel-making and your personal style through current and past projects. We often have sewing parties and create group collections to promote our fabrics, so we’re really looking for someone who can contribute to that aspect of the team on top of order fulfillment.
