What you’ll be doing…

Assist in various departments, based on operational needs:

Sales - Respond to client inquiries and book client appointments strategically to facilitate the sales process. Prepare for client appointments by utilizing CRM software to anticipate client needs. Greet and interact with clients in a kind and professional manner that inspires trust and furthers sales. Notice spoken and unspoken needs of clients and take detailed notes of client requests and preferences, following-up as appropriate. Procure products based on client requests. Style and merchandise products. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, wrap gifts according to boutique standards, restock supplies, take high-quality photos to send to clients, and return products to their displays.

Administrative - Keep the boutique organized, clean, and stocked. Order and keep an inventory of supplies. Data entry and filing paperwork.

Accounting - Data entry of daily transactions and filing paperwork, assist with the location and organization of client and vendor invoices for cross-use between sales, inventory, and accounting departments.

Inventory - Daily receiving of packages, data entry of new items into inventory program, tag newly inventoried items, cross-check tags against paperwork, gather and prepare items for shipping, maintain integrity and accuracy of tags on items being displayed.

Maintain day-to-day operations through answering phones, general light housekeeping, merchandising, and hospitality set-up.

Candidate Qualifications:

Over 21 years of age (required);

High school diploma or equivalent (required);

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30lbs (required);

Ability to perform job duties in alignment with company expectations as detailed in post above, with or without reasonable accommodations (required);

Familiarity with Mac operating systems;

Skilled with paper crafts - precise cutting, gluing, etc.; and

Experience in retail sales, hospitality, or service industries.

Job Level: Entry

Schedule: Full-Time

Availability: Day, evenings, and weekends

Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

Scheduled Hours (0-40): 40+

Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
