We are looking for a bookkeeper / controller/ / accounting who is familiar with real estate and Yardi breeze software This could be remote work but we would meet 1x a month in the East Bay or potentially up in Roseville to go over the bookkeeping.
We currently are handling collections of over 500 units, 27 buildibgs. We are looking for somebody who could handle the accounts payable side, the reconciliation of the bucks monthly, printing monthly reports and annual reports of expenses and income and similar things required under the yardi breeze system including verifying rents received. There’s some other admin as well such as inputting inspection reports, rental agreements , speaking with tenants over payment issues etc. Must be reliable, clear minded, and have experienced with Yardi Breeze ….this could be part time 1099 position independent contractor.
