Vesta Asset Management, a San Francisco luxury property asset management firm is looking for a Leasing Agent or Unlicensed Assistant to work side by side with the CEO. This position has incredible potential for rapid growth within the company. Candidate must possess a strong calibrated moral compass and balanced compassion for the owner and tenant experience. This candidate will field all of our current leasing vacancies for properties based in the Bay Area with tasks based on the licensing status.
Overview:
Comprehensive data collection on properties
Draft marketing and activate listings using AI
Show units for lease as requested and on demand
Send weekly activity updates to clients and CEO
Process applications and due diligence and acquire client approval
Draft lease package including coordinating move-in procedures
Run leasing comps on all potential new listings for clients
Virtual work environment with flexible schedule for full or part-time work
