Our Business is 100% Generated by Referrals and is not dependent on the market like the normal real estate industry. Unfortunately, people are always passing away, and these families need help.
You will have Dedicated Marketing and Operations Support
9 to 5 Schedule with some weekends for open houses
Exclusively Work Listings but have the ability to represent buyers and take care of your sphere of influence.
This is an opportunity to be your last job and build a legacy business that will feed you through retirement and allow potential future generations to take over the business.
The role is not a traditional realtor role but more of a B2B / Realtor blended role. You will spend most of your time networking and visiting with probate and trust attorneys and fiduciaries, generating referrals.
We offer some transition pay for the first 90 days.
