Successful Real Estate Agent Seeks Assistant for weekends. We could also use help two days during the week if you have availability. Hours for the weekend are 9am - 6pm. This job pays hourly.
Possible Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Put out/pick up Open House signage
-Run errands for Team Lead
-Assist with scheduling appointments
-Assist with printing and assembling listing packets
Ideal Candidates will Possess the Following Traits/Skills:
-Good attention to detail - demonstration of a great memory and the ability to track multiple tasks and assignments to completion
-Speed and efficiency - the ability to keep up in a high demand environment and stay on top of communications
-Team player - demonstration of a positive, optimistic attitude
-Self motivated - able to work independently and be productive without oversight
-Computer skills - experience with Google calendar and general computer programs
-Transportation - ability to use your own, insured vehicle for work-related tasks
-Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
Education/Experience:
-Experience as an admin, office assistant, personal assistant or similar
Hours/Location:
-16-32 hours per week, depending on your schedule. Sat/Sun required. Two week days also desired.
-Primary office located in Saratoga, with additional driving to locations all over the Bay Area wherever we are selling houses.
