We are seeking a real estate intern or finance associate to assist senior partner. (24 hours/week). Job responsibilities include due diligence, financial analysis, commercial appraisal, client - broker interface, marketing, client management and other general responsibilities involving new business development.
Our portfolio consists of commercial, industrial and multi-family properties throughout the western United States.
We are looking for a highly qualified, career-oriented individual who possesses both quantitative skills and interpersonal abilities.
We prefer that the intern/associate possess prior course work and/or work experience involving real estate, business management, economics, finance, investments, etc.
The ideal candidate would be a recent finance, economics or business degree graduate (U/G or grad level) with some prior relevant experience. However, we will consider other candidate backgrounds as well.
