Compensation:
Discounted 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment (valued rent credit)
Hourly wage: $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
Show available units and assist with leasing, move-ins, and move outs.
Coordinate routine repairs, maintenance, and vendor access.
Perform light janitorial duties and maintain common areas.
Handle basic administrative tasks and enforce house rules.
Communicate regularly with ownership on building matters.
Schedule and follow through to completion with all maintenance issues.
Ability to handle administration work in a thorough and complete manner.
Light maintenance is expected (changing light bulbs, changing locks, updating automatic timers on lights, replacing toilet fill valves and toilet flaps, replacing smoke and CO detectors).
Responding to emergency calls after hours as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in property management or maintenance.
Friendly, proactive, dependable person or a couple, with strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Comfortable using email and mobile apps for communication.
Must live on-site (2-bedroom, 2 bath apartment provided at reduced rent).
