We are seeking a dedicated, Mobile Home Park Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations at our well-established property in San Jose. Experience in property or mobile home park management is required.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Position Requirements:
Must be able and willing to live on-site in San Jose.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Solid computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and basic management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing tenant relations and enforcing park rules.
Overseeing maintenance, vendors, and property upkeep.
Handling rent collection, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks.
Supporting a positive and respectful living environment for all residents.
