On-site Property Manager position available for small mobile home park in So. Bay Area. The manager will live on-site and be available between the hours of 8-5 Monday - Friday. Mobile Home available to park manager.
Main job responsibilities are as follows:
Knowledge of HCD mobile home laws and regulations & fair housing
Deposit Rent Checks and account for each space
Review accuracy of send rental invoices each month/adjust as needed
Advertise, show and lease spaces as they come up
Prepare WMA leases for new residents
Inspect properties and write up notices for repairs
Meet with contractors to get Bids for repair work in Park
Refund security deposits after conducting move-out inspections
Submit timely weekly reports
Must have:
Mobile Home Park Management experience
Must be familiar with property management software
Must have a valid CA driver's license
Must speak english
