APEX Homes is backed by AlphaX RE Capital and proudly announces plans to construct over 200 units of new SFH and townhouses, and detached ADUs with a total estimated value exceeding $400 million. These developments will primarily encompass Silicon Valley, SoCal, Orange County, and the Inland Empire region.

APEX Home has built over 40+ ADUs in the Bay Area and currently has 5 pre-approved floor plans w/ the City of San Jose for a seamless process for permits approval for new customers.

We are expanding in 2024 and are looking for a full-time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team!

Job Responsibilities:

Are you a confident communicator who loves meeting new people? Are you self-motivated, competitive, and excited about earning uncapped commissions?

Market and promote APEX Homes ADU properties through presentations, meetings, and marketing activities, including online/offline promotion and ADU open houses tours

Understand core client needs and provide professional real estate consulting services, guiding clients through all stages of the sales process.

Build and nurture client relationships through excellent customer service to enhance business development and establish effective customer relationship management.

Manage the customer relationship management system to accurately reflect engagement and integrate resources for relationship management.

You will be responsible for dealing with all inbound customer calls and converting these to bookings, as well as giving advice via email

Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on potential ADU customers

Negotiate effectively to create win-win solutions, support contract negotiations, and monitor transaction progress in collaboration with other real estate professionals.

Convert warm leads into signed agreements with the technical assistance of our in house architect team

Understand basics of quality ADU homebuilding standards, and construction requirements, and conduct on-site walk-throughs of completed homes with customers

Job Requirements:

English speaker / bi-lingual is a bonus

Strong interest in the real estate market, with relevant residential

Proficient in computer use and eager to learn new systems, google drive, fast typing, Laptop or computer with camera is required.

Excellent communication skills; positive, motivated, and responsible with a strong team spirit.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Willingness to learn and be coached as we provide comprehensive training

Working Hours: Full time -40+ hours per week, 5 days per week including weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday) and some bank holidays on a rota basis.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (plus commission after probation period) and then $50,000-100,000
