An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of full-time real estate experience under a broker and is currently an MLS member. We are a top-producing team in Compass, ranked #118 in CA in 2024 (per Real Trends). We offer training, mentorship and guidance for our team associates to elevate their professional development and business growth in real estate to the next level. The compensation and work hours set forth below is just an estimate and the actual commission earned and hours worked will be based upon individual commitment, performance and delivery.
