We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to fill the part-time position of Resident Manager at a 24-unit residential property.
Compensation:
Part-time position with rent credit towards contracted hours.
A studio unit will be provided as part of the compensation package.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Property Appeal: Ensure the building is clean, secure, and aesthetically appealing for current and prospective residents.
Handle Maintenance Requests: Respond to residents' maintenance requests, performing repairs as needed. For more significant issues, coordinate with vendors and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor Lease Compliance: Address any lease violations or non-compliance issues to maintain a harmonious living environment.
Emergency Response: Be available on-call for emergencies and be accessible by phone during specified hours.
Qualifications:
On-Site Residency: The ability to live in the studio unit is provided as part of the compensation package.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Basic Maintenance Knowledge: Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks and troubleshooting, with the ability to perform minor repairs independently.
Problem-solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, addressing multiple tasks and residents' needs.
