Our company has a proven training program and business plan which is designed to allow new agents to achieve a six figure income within the first full year. There is no limit on what you can make, with most of our investment real estate agents making well over six figures every single year.
You will have a unique and lucrative opportunity to work alongside Steven Pinza, the managing Broker, and learn from one of the most successful investment sales brokers in the bay area. You will also be along side other motivated team members who are beginning or furthering their career in investment real estate. Further, you will be given a thorough training manual to teach you everything you need to learn about investment real estate including, but not limited to, how to prospect for new clients, negotiate a transaction, and underwrite a property or portfolio.
Responsibilities
Researching online sources and databases to source potential clients
Extensive calling on clients via in-house or online database
Prepare estimate's of value/proposals, marketing packages, and flyers
Assist in client development (calling, email, suspecting, etc)
Learn about investment properties
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Degree in Progress
Superior Writing, Phone, and Interpersonal Skills
California Real Estate License or License in Progress
Sales Experience Highly Preferred
Excellent Problem Solving Skills and Attention to Detail
Strong Multitasking and Prioritization Skills
Positive and Professional Attitude
