Housing Programs Supervisor
Join our team and help make a difference in the lives of low-income families and individuals in our community! The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our high-performing organization as a Housing Programs Supervisor.
In this critical role, you will supervise and train staff, review program operations for compliance, and provide exceptional service to tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders. This position is essential to ensuring the effective administration of housing programs in compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train staff to support efficient program operations.
Review eligibility determinations, contracts, case files, and reexaminations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide guidance to staff and stakeholders on program regulations and policies.
Deliver excellent customer service to the public and foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
Knowledge of HUD regulations and housing program administration.
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and customer service skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Salary Range: $43.90 – 53.37/hour (Depending on Qualifications)
