Position Overview:
As a Property Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. From interacting with tenants and clients to marketing properties and ensuring efficient property management, you will help create an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours and engage with prospective tenants with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist with property marketing using digital and traditional tools.
Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs, perform inspections, and manage maintenance requests.
Manage property documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners.
Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
Participate in property inspections, vendor coordination, and service contractor oversight.
Key Requirements:
Positive, upbeat demeanor with the ability to maintain calm under stress.
Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, internet navigation, and basic marketing tools.
Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
College degree is preferred but not required.
