Position Overview:

As a Property Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of various residential properties. From engaging with clients to marketing properties and ensuring smooth property management processes, you will be integral to creating a positive experience for our tenants and clients.

Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours and engage with prospective tenants.

Assist with property marketing initiatives using digital and traditional methods.

Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, perform inspections, and manage maintenance requests.

Manage property documentation and compliance reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners.

Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Participate in property inspections, vendor coordination, and service contractor oversight.

Key Requirements:

Own transportation and valid driver's license required.

Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, internet navigation, and basic marketing tools.

Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

College degree is preferred but not required.
