Seeking Team of 2 for On Site Management position. Locally owned and managed, 200+ unit Apartment Complex in Santa Rosa. At least one of the team must live on site. Full-time positions for 2, includes benefits, competitive wages with payroll range of $28/hr to $35/hr per person depending on skills and rent for onsite large 1 bedroom apartment.
Property management experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day customer service with Residents with office hours 10am to 4pm
- Computer program use of Property Management Software, Word & E-mail
- Attend required fair housing training
- Maintenance repairs
- Vendor and Staff Management
- Attention to detail
Team of two should include one person with complete maintenance background.
