General repairs
Preparing Apartments for move-in
Maintaining leasing centers & recreational facilities
Experience and Qualifications
5+ years supporting multiple apartment communities
Ability to prioritize projects
Works well independently
Self motivated
Pride of workmanship goes above and beyond
Owns own hand tools
Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license & insurance
Highly organized & attention to detail
Flexible available after hours
