Storage Corner Group, LLC (with affiliates, "Storage Corner Group" or the "Firm") is a vertically integrated, research-driven real estate group that seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns through specialized, self-storage investment opportunities. The Firm pursues an aggregation strategy within the Self-Storage industry and seeks to capture value by acquiring existing, under-performing self-storage properties with physical asset and management reposition strategies. The Firm currently has investment, operations and property management professionals employed in California, Utah and Idaho, and is actively expanding into other target markets.
Storage Corner Group is seeking a full-time Analyst (Acquisitions & Asset Management) for immediate start, located in our Bay Area (Los Altos) corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity for a new college graduate or young professional to join our fast-growing investment team. This person will play an integral role and support many aspects of the company’s business, including acquisition sourcing, market research, financial analysis, asset (project) management, among other ad-hoc projects. We are searching for a hard-working professional who wants to pursue a career in investment real estate and is ready, willing and able to apply their analytic, creativity and problem-solving skills.
Impact and Responsibilities
Acquisitions: Source self-storage investment opportunities through researching and establishing relationships with property owners using the Firm’s proprietary database, prepare investment memos and analyses for property acquisition using internal models, review marketing/offering and 3rd party research materials, and provide ad-hoc support to other underwriting and due diligence activities.
Asset/Project Management: Provide support to various capital projects and capital events (financings, refinancings, fundings/distributions) on existing portfolio assets, track loan document covenants and portfolio performance, review property-level budgets and forecasts
Perform other ad-hoc financial analyses and research to support investment activities of the Firm across existing and prospective investments

Required Qualifications
College Graduates with relevant internship experience and/or young professionals with <1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate
Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, general understanding of commercial real estate concepts, and ability to understand and use financial models in Excel
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
