Wanted: Office Manager
For small, long standing home remodeling company in the East Bay
Duties include payroll - post to QuickBooks, client billing, reconcile bank accounts
Calc and pay workers comp plus liability insurance
End of year clean up – audits. Work with book keeper.
Renew local business licenses
Keep office stocked with supplies
Plus whatever else comes up.
Must be familiar with QuickBooks, Word, Excel
Familiarity with construction helpful
Job is at least ½ time. Could be more depending
