We are a small law office, and are in need of a Spanish speaking administrative assistant. This can be either a full-time or a part-time position.
Duties include:
1. Answering, screening and routing telephone calls;
2. Greeting clients, court reporters, attorneys and others in a professional manner;
3. Taking accurate and detailed messages;
4. Drafting correspondence;
5. Preparing out-going mail;
6. Faxing, scanning and saving documents;
7. Filing and indexing;
8. Completing simple legal forms;
9. Maintaining client/file contact list and case information
We are willing to train the right person for the job.
