South Bay Showers is looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to add to their team! This is a part time position and is ideal for those who are looking to transition into an office setting. We will train the right candidate. Customer service and good attitude are a must!
Specific Duties:
1. Light email
2. Answering customer support calls
3. Backing-up sales team (answering general questions, collecting customer information, and occasional lead follow ups)
4. Accurately input all customer data into Quick Books
5. Provide top-notch customer service
6. Light filing, copying, and organizing
7. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be reliable, honest and have a strong attention for detail.
This position reports directly to the office manager.
Willing to train.

7:00 am- 11:00
