1, Organizing and maintaining the office and help refine the procedures.
2, Maintain customer files. Electronic and Paper.
3. Must be detailed oriented .
4, knowledge of commercial construction bulling.
5, Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
6. Must have payroll/Data Entry knowledge in Quick books.
7. Must be ok working in a small office.
8. Must be able to multitask.
Attitude and personality is important to this position. You will be in contacted with Employees, customers and venders.
