The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated and talented administrative professional to provide administrative support to the Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program.

Working under general supervision to provide administrative support for the residency program, including scheduling meetings, compiling reports, tracking residency requirements, assisting with didactic attendance, and event coordination.

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative team and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.

This is a temporary assignment working full time for a period of 5-7 months. This position would have a hybrid work arrangement with a regular on-site presence required; however a full time on campus presence is not required for this temporary assignment.

The expected pay range for this position is $30 to $35 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
