We are a small business group located in the city of Sonoma. We are looking to hire an office assistant to assist in quickbooks data entry. The businesses are Jack's Filling Station/Little Lou's, Lou's Luncheonette, and Buck's Place.
Main duties would include quickbooks entry for 3 businesses. This would be a part time position but could grow into a much larger roll with the right person. A solid knowledge of quickbooks would be mandatory. The hours/days are flexible. Ideal for someone looking for a part time job. Must be able to work on your own and be a self starter. Must have previous professional quickbooks experience.
