Established company, family owned since 1979, seeking special person to handle:
Property Management:
Interact with prospective tenants
Draw leases for apartments and single family residences
Collect rents and follow up on delinquencies
Enter and Pay bills by check/ online/ACH
Perform Bank reconciliations
Prepare and review Property Financial Statements for completeness and accuracy
Provide Property Financial Statements to Property Owners
Communicate with Property Owners and Tenants
Loan Origination/ Escrow:
Draw loan documents
Interact with Borrowers, Title companies, Insurance companies, Appraisers, Mobile Notaries
Understand Escrow, handle distributions
Loan Servicing:
Collect payments, generate and mail/email monthly borrower statements
Prepare Demands for Payoff and process Payoffs
Generate quarterly Lender Statements
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Prior accounting experience with natural focus on details and great with numbers
Prior experience in Escrow and Property Management would be preferred
Becoming a Notary Public will be required
High level of initiative with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Must be able to multitask, stay organized and attentive to details
Must be a team-oriented individual who also works well independently
Maintain paper and paperless files and documentation, thoroughly and accurately
Pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Systems:
Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
Familiarity with Yardi Breeze or similar property management software
Familiarity with The Mortgage Office or similar software
