Tucker & Marks, Inc. is seeking a motivated, passionate and aspiring individual to join our team. This is a full-time position in a creative and fast pace environment. We are a well-established firm specializing in high-end residential projects and located in San Francisco.
Responsibilities include processing all project paperwork (e.g., quotes, proposals, purchase orders), placing fabric reserves, typing and distribution of all meeting notes, scheduling, general correspondence, follow up and track orders, etc.
Ideal candidate must have 2-3 years office experience, be a multi-tasker, detail oriented with strong organization skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office, be a team player and enjoy working in a creative environment.
