Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual? I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules and appointments
Schedule workers to visit my house
Manage contractors for projects
Handle correspondence and communication
Assist in project management and event coordination
Conduct research and prepare reports
Support daily administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Live in SF
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Ideally strong eye for design
Availability for 2-4 hours a week
