About the Role
As an Office Services Clerk, you will handle a variety of support tasks to ensure attorneys and staff can focus on delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include managing mail and deliveries, maintaining conference rooms and kitchens, handling copying and scanning requests, and assisting with catering setups. You will also have the opportunity to assist with I.T. coordination, videoconferences, and audits, and will occasionally support reception as needed.
This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages promptly.
Set up and maintain conference rooms and kitchens, including catering setups and inventory management.
Handle copying, scanning, binding, faxing, and other service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Cover reception and manage phone requests with professionalism.
Assist with I.T. requests and support videoconferencing as needed.
Uphold the firm’s information security policies to protect client and firm data.
Perform other clerical and office services duties as assigned.
About You
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and politely with staff at all levels.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently with attention to detail.
Comfortable using phone systems and handling calls professionally.
Dependable and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining a tidy, organized environment.
