Delta Fire & Security, Inc. seeks a part-time Office Manager. This position will assist the company by entering information into third-party software, maintaining the company’s electronic filing system, answering customer inquiries, distributing compliance documentation and assisting with additional administrative needs as necessary. Must be detail oriented, produce professional written communication and solve problems effectively and independently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent follow-through on inquiries, and the ability to easily adapt to evolving systems. QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment required.
Office is located in Pleasanton, California. Hours for the position are M-F, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Pay rate depends upon experience and qualifications. Please email a cover letter and resume for consideration.
