Dimensional Construction has been a well established construction company in the Bay Area since 1989. We are looking to expand our business and are in need of an Office Manager.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid background in office management. This role involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the team and enhancing productivity.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative processes
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies
Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
Handle payroll processing and human resources functions, including employee onboarding
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records using QuickBooks
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements
Implement filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and records
Provide front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Assist in developing policies and procedures for office management best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required
Familiarity with schedule management, calendar coordination, and event planning
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Knowledge of training & development practices is beneficial
Previous clerical experience is preferred
