Scan-Top has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 1987. We fabricate and install many types of surfaces including natural stone, engineered quartz, solid surface and paper composites.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company as well as working up estimates for customers. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
Schedule measures and installs
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties as needed
Skills
Proven experience as an office assistant or other relevant administrative role
Familiar with Quickbooks - at least 1 year of experience
Basic math skills a must
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to multi-task (phones, walk-ins, estimating and requests from employees can all occur at the same time)
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
