Part-Time Personal Assistant Needed (Noe Valley Area) $30-40/HR
Our family is looking for a highly organized and efficient part-time personal assistant to help with various household and administrative tasks. This professional will be focused, charismatic, concise, and well-spoken.
This is a breakthrough opportunity for the right person. We are community amplifiers. If you have dreams, we will help you make them real. Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Takes direction well, listens attentively, and stays focused
Comfortable handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Has a car, drives confidently, and lives close enough to Noe Valley. You can also drive our car if you don't own a car.
Experienced with babies (occasional babysitting for an 11-month-old)
Enjoys coffee (yes, this is a plus!); we prize gusto!
Responsibilities Include:
Household & Errands: Helping unpack and set up a new home, organizing and decluttering, running errands (prescriptions, dry cleaning, etc.), washing the car, unloading/loading the dishwasher, breaking down boxes.
Childcare Support: Occasionally filling in as a babysitter for our 11-month-old.
Family Assistance: Helping my in-laws sort through belongings and declutter.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have!):
Experience with MailChimp, Photoshop, or InDesign
Background in art, design, or administrative work
