About the Role:
Hi, I'm a woman in my 30s, who's a full-time creative director. I’m looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help with web research and general administrative tasks. The primary focus will be online research, but the role may also include managing mail/packages, filing and organization, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct web research on a variety of topics and organize findings clearly
- Assist with managing mail, packages, and occasional errands (optional if you don't have transport)
- Support me in organizing digital and physical files for easy access
- Occasionally schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Ideal Candidate:
-Strong research skills with the ability to find, analyze, and summarize information
- Good aesthetic/design eye preferred
-Highly organized with great attention to detail
-Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with technology and online tools
- Based in or near Santa Cruz, CA (preferred for occasional in-person tasks)
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience, but looking to stay in the $20-30 an hour range.
