Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our small property management company in downtown Oakland. This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, has strong communication skills, and enjoys supporting others in a collaborative setting. This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday 9am-1pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence and handle inquiries.

Organize and schedule appointments.

Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems

Assist in the preparation of building notices.

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

Maintain contact lists.

Bank runs, gas compensated

Requirements:

Preferred prior experience as an administrative assistant.

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant will be a plus.

Benefits:

$25 per hour, non-negotiable
