Location: Marin Spine and Wellness in Corte Madera
Schedule: 4-day work week Tuesday-Friday and Fridays we are off by 2pm
o Full or Part-Time positions available
Compensation: $25/hour
o Discretionary performance-based bonuses as you learn how to use therapy equipment
o Additional income potential if you are a massage therapist, flexologist, trainer and or body worker.

Job Scope: 30% administrative, 70% patient interaction
The job responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to ensure smooth practice operations.
Handling phones, email and scheduling for chiropractors and therapists.
Interacting with patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Directing the flow of patients in and out of the office.
Assisting with bodywork and therapy applications.
Keeping the rooms and office clean.
Filing charts, scanning documents and organizing client’s electronic records.
Collecting payment and keeping track of patient payments and visits.
Opportunity to provide massage therapy services if certified.
Although you don’t need experience in a private practice, you do need to have a can-do work ethic. Your organizational skills, outgoing personality, and passion for health and wellness make you an ideal candidate for our team!
