We are a small, well-established, 50-year-old Better Business Bureau A+ rated firm seeking a 10am-4pm team-member to run the front office of a property management firm. In this position, you would handle the front office, assist with both accounts receivable and payable using AppFolio accounting software. Local individuals who reside within a 30-minute commute from Burlingame are encouraged to inquire.
Office consists of two owners, both of whom are cross trained in every facet of the operation as you will eventually be too.

Verifiable specific or related management work experience
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and financial software
Presentable front office appearance and
Telephone communication skills
Organizationally skilled with attention to timelines
JOB DESCRIPTION:
First up on telephone answering.
Will be trained to post receivables and payables.
Assist with vendor contact for maintenance needs.
Listing and maintaining vacant property postings.
Opening and sorting of mail.
Will be trained to eventually perform every function in the company.
Maintaining a positive relationship with renters, tenants, and clients.
