Our client, a tech consulting startup located in downtown San Francisco is looking to fulfill the need for a full time temp Executive Assistant. This position reports onsite five days per week to the San Francisco office. The assignment is expected to temp for at least four to six months.

Employment Type: Full Time Temp| M – F | 8am – 5pm

Onsite reporting five days per week

Flexibility for overtime is needed. Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: 32.00 / Hour

The Executive Assistant supports the daily administrative and clerical needs to the founder and overflow admin support to c-suite executive as needed.

Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the executive. Ensure there are no scheduling conflicts

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails. Handle correspondence, filter urgent requests, and respond on behalf of the executive.

Generate reports, draft and edit presentations, memos, and other business documents. Ensure all documents are accurate and formatted correctly.

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparing agendas. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and coordinating team tasks. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Act as a point of contact for executives and external partners. Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.

Support the coordination efforts of company events, business development events and conferences, or team-building activities. Working collaboratively with across firm departments and vendors

Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and other important records.

Process invoices and receipts, manage credit card statements, and reconcile expenses.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess a college degree (preferred). Proficiency within Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace with strong ability to learn new systems quickly. Exceptional organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy to consistently produce high quality work. Well-rounded interpersonal and communication skills, with an engaging and a professional service-oriented mentality.
